Max Leahy Reveals the Effect of COVID-19 on Small Businesses in a New Interview Series

Experienced consultant for businesses and founder of Leahy’s Goods & Services, publishes an article titled “How Businesses Have Pivoted During The Covid-19 Pandemic,” where he reveals his conversation with 7 US-based businesses on the effect of COVID-19 on their operations

Max Leahy has again reiterated his goal of helping businesses, especially small businesses, to reach new heights within their industry with an article he recently posted where the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic were revealed. Titled “How Businesses Have Pivoted During The Covid-19 Pandemic,”  7 US-based businesses were interviewed.  In the interviews, the business owners talked about how the global crisis has impacted their business and how their businesses have adapted to survive the pandemic.

The Novel COVID-19 has continued to wreak a lot of havoc in the United States and several countries across the globe. Consequently, the WHO declared the virus a pandemic due to its widespread and impact. With more than 7 million people already infected by the virus, COVID-19 has disrupted lives and businesses worldwide. Several measures have been put in place by government authorities based on the recommendation of health experts to curb the spread of the virus. Unfortunately, this greatly affected businesses, seemingly requiring organizations to adopt new ways of operation. Expectedly, businesses have reacted to the pandemic in different ways, and Max Leahy is looking to share the experiences and strategies used by some businesses based in the United States to cope with the virus.

7 US-based businesses from different industries were interviewed, with their owners revealing their adaptation strategies to what has become the “new normal.” Businesses featured in the article include Atlantic Appliance, a retail appliance store located in Yorktown Heights, New York, San Diego-based Skincare Company, Les Crème, and Rustigian Rugs, a family-own retail rug store.

Other businesses interviewed by Leahy are Buy At A Discount, an Amazon marketing platform, Sin Sugar, an adult entertainment company, Ad Pros Advertising Agency, a boutique advertising agency, and Production Club, an events business based in downtown Los Angeles.

The interviewees are owners of the businesses, who described the challenges faced by businesses in their respective industries while suggesting strategies that can be adopted by similar enterprises to cope with COVID-19 and other similar crisis.
